Data controller

Vinyl Make Up AB (reg. no. 556718-7371), Tegelvägen 4, 560 27 Tenhult, Sweden, is the controller for the processing of your personal data.

If you have questions about how we handle your data, reach us at anders@vmup.se or +46 36-39 00 99.

What data we collect

When you send an enquiry through the contact form we process the information you provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, vehicle type and your description of the matter.

When you book a damage repair we also process your registration number, insurance company and any photos of the damage you choose to upload — this information is used to handle the booking, the photos are stored with Vercel (Blob) and are deleted once the matter is closed.

We collect no more than is needed to answer your enquiry, and we do not use it for marketing.

Why we process it

We process the data to answer your enquiry, provide an assessment and, where relevant, book and carry out a repair.

The legal basis is your consent together with our legitimate interest in responding to and handling matters you initiate yourself.

Recipients and processors

Your enquiry is sent as an email to our workshop via the service Resend, which acts as our processor for email delivery.

The website is hosted by Vercel. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for anonymous, cookieless visitor statistics — these do not identify you personally.

We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

The website sets no marketing or tracking cookies. Visitor statistics are collected anonymously and without cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as needed to handle your matter and any subsequent repair, and after that no longer than required by accounting and warranty rules.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, to request restriction of or object to the processing, and the right to data portability. Where you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Contact us at anders@vmup.se to exercise any of your rights.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
