Plastic damage
We repair all plastic inside and out, mend fibreglass laminate and apply flocking (fibre coating) on most surfaces — and fabricate plastic parts.
Specialist methods
We repair the plastic rather than replace it
We repair all plastic, both inside and out, on leisure vehicles — from cracks and holes to faded and deformed parts. We mend fibreglass laminate and bodywork with the same philosophy: use as much of the original as possible.
We also work with flocking (fibre coating) on most surfaces.
We handle everything from small cracks and holes to faded, deformed and broken plastic parts, and fabricate new parts when the original can't be saved. Our experience with plastic and fibreglass means we can often repair what others replace.

Method & material
How a plastic or fibreglass repair works
We choose the method to suit the material and damage — the goal is always to preserve as much of the original as possible.
- 1
Damage & material assessment
We identify the plastic type or laminate and decide whether the part can be repaired or needs to be remade.
- 2
Repair or fabrication
We weld, repair and reinforce plastic and fibreglass — or fabricate a new part when needed.
- 3
Finishing & flocking
Where needed we apply flocking (fibre coating) and restore surface, shape and colour.
- 4
Check & return
We check fit and finish so the result lasts and blends in with the original.

Frequently asked questions about plastic, fibreglass & flocking
The things we're most often asked about materials, methods and flocking.
- Can plastic be repaired instead of replaced?
- Usually. We repair cracks, holes and deformed plastic both inside and out, and only fabricate a new part when the original can't be saved.
- What is flocking?
- Flocking is a fibre coating that gives a velvet-like, hard-wearing and tidy finish. We apply flocking on most surfaces, such as glove boxes and interior parts.
- Do you repair fibreglass and bodywork?
- Yes. We repair fibreglass laminate and body parts with shape and strength restored, with the same philosophy of preserving the original.
- Does insurance cover plastic and fibreglass damage?
- Often. We help you assess the damage and handle the insurance and warranty case with most companies.
