How a damage repair works – from claim to finished

A clear path through the whole case, whether it's an insurance claim or a warranty matter. Here's how we work.
1. Contact and assessment
It starts with you sending photos of the damage or booking the vehicle in. We assess the extent of the damage and suggest the method that preserves the most of the original.
Right away you get a sense of what needs doing and how we can help.
2. Insurance and quote
If it's an insurance or warranty matter, we help you report and document the damage. We work with most insurers and provide a clear quote.
3. Repair with original methods
We straighten and restore rather than replace. Hammered panels are repaired with the HBC method, and shape and colour are carefully matched to the original.
The philosophy is to use as much of the original material as possible — preserving the vehicle's value and original condition.
4. Return in original condition
When the work is done we check fit and finish, and you get back a vehicle that looks and lasts as it did before the damage.
